Min Cuci & Max Cuci Explained: Read Free Credit Terms Like a Pro
Updated
Every free credit offer in Malaysia comes with a few short terms — min cuci, max cuci, sometimes turnover or rollover. They decide whether you can withdraw anything at all. Here is what each one means, what we see in real offers, and a calculator to check any offer yourself.
The Four Terms in One Minute
- Min cuci
- The balance you must reach before a withdrawal is allowed. Below it, you withdraw nothing.
- Max cuci
- The most you can withdraw from the free credit — a fixed amount (e.g. RM20) or a share of your balance (e.g. 5%, sometimes with a cap). Anything above it is removed.
- Turnover
- Total bets you must place first, usually a multiple of the bonus: x3 on RM10 means RM30 in bets.
- Rollover
- Another betting requirement; some platforms use it instead of turnover, or on bonus plus deposit.
Try It: What Can an Offer Really Pay?
Enter the numbers from any offer's terms. The calculator shows how far your balance must grow and what you would actually receive.
You must grow RM10 into RM300 — 30× the free credit — before you can withdraw anything.
With a balance of RM300 you can withdraw RM20; the remaining RM280 is removed.
What We See in Real Offers
Across the 217 no-deposit offers we currently list:
- The typical min cuci is RM500; for new member offers that is about 21× the free credit.
- 173 use a fixed max cuci and 43 use a share of your balance.
- On 74 offers the max cuci is lower than the free credit itself — you can never withdraw the full amount you were given.
- Only 31 state a turnover multiple; most rely on min cuci and max cuci instead.
Three Real-World Examples
Small, low min cuci
RM10 free, min cuci RM100, max cuci RM50. Grow RM10 to RM100 and you can withdraw up to RM50 — one of the better ratios we see.
Big headline, small payout
RM88 free, min cuci RM1,888, max cuci RM20. You need to multiply the bonus more than 20 times to withdraw RM20.
Percentage cap
RM5 free, min cuci RM100, max cuci 5% up to RM50. At RM100 you get RM5; the full RM50 needs a RM1,000 balance.
Other Rules That Can Cancel Your Withdrawal
- Buying or saving free games, saving wilds or angpao, buying features
- Mixing free credit with a deposit, rebate or another bonus
- Playing games that are not on the allowed list (usually slots only)
- Claiming without clearing your balance first
- A second account with the same name, phone, IP or bank account
A Quick Way to Compare Offers
- Divide the min cuci by the free credit: the lower the number, the easier it is to reach.
- Check the max cuci: is it more than the bonus? Fixed or a percentage?
- Look for turnover or rollover on top.
- Read the banned actions before you play.
Our RM5–RM30 page and new member page already sort offers by the lowest min cuci.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does cuci mean in free credit?
"Cuci" is Malaysian slang for withdrawing (cashing out). Min cuci is the balance you must reach before a withdrawal is allowed; max cuci is the most you can withdraw from the free credit.
What happens to my balance above the max cuci?
It is removed. If the max cuci is RM20 and your balance is RM300 when you withdraw, you receive RM20 and the remaining RM280 is cleared.
What is the difference between turnover and rollover?
Both mean you must bet a certain amount before withdrawing. Turnover is usually a multiple of the bonus (x3 on RM10 = RM30 in bets); some platforms use rollover for the same idea or apply it to bonus plus deposit. Many free credit offers have no turnover at all and use min cuci instead.
What does "5% (RM50)" mean?
You can withdraw 5% of your balance, up to RM50. At a RM100 balance that is RM5; you need a RM1,000 balance to withdraw the full RM50.
What does "min cuci RM100, max cuci RM50" mean in practice?
Your balance must reach RM100 before you can withdraw, and then you receive at most RM50. If your balance never reaches RM100, you withdraw nothing.
